Delivery

munchie & millie will arrange delivery of your order to the address you provided for delivery at the time you made your order.

Please allow 12 working days for delivery, however, we aim to despatch within 3 working days of receipt of your order. All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability.

We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and either asked to confirm that you are willing to wait for the product to return to stock, or offered an alternative product or a full refund.

Deliveries are sent either by Royal Mail, or orders over 1.5kg will be sent via one of our nominated courier services. If you are likely not to be at home during the day, it is often better to have your parcel delivered to a business address where you can be sure there will be someone there to sign for it.

Couriers will not leave packages that have not been signed for. If no one is available to sign for your parcel a calling card will be left and it will be taken back to the depot, you may then arrange a more convenient time for delivery. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by any delivery company, however, in order to maintain quality of service to our customers, we will monitor their performance and may contact you for information regarding delivery of your order.

Confirmation of despatch of your parcel will be sent to you by email. You should then allow up to 5 working days to receive your parcel before contacting us. If you need to report a non-delivery, please either email us at hello@munchieandmillie.com or telephone 0191 580 0404 and we will do what we can to resolve the situation.

We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside of our direct control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative method or a full refund.




All orders for delivery to a mainland UK address with a value of £50 or more (excluding delivery charges), delivery is FREE.

Additional delivery charges may be payable for remote areas of the British Isles, for example, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles.

We may be able to offer you a next day delivery option for orders received before 12 noon, please contact us direct for further details either by email at hello@munchieandmillie.com or telephone +44 (0)191 580 0404. Next day delivery is dependent on stock availability.

We are able to arrange delivery to EU or to a BFPO address. Please contact us either by email at hello@munchieandmillie.com or telephone +44 (0)191 580 0404 and we can give you an idea of cost and delivery time.

If you are ordering from outside the UK the recipient of the product is responsible for all taxes, customs duties or tariffs incurred in the country to which the products are shipped. Furthermore, your order may be subject to delay or be opened and searched by local customs authorities when entering the destination country. Please note that we are unable to provide specific advice on taxes, customs duties or import/export tariffs.

You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once products have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and munchie & millie will not be liable for their loss or destruction.


Direct Gift Delivery

We can deliver your parcel to any UK address, which is really useful if you intend sending someone a gift and you’ve left it a bit too late for posting.


Gift Vouchers

If you’re really rushed, or can’t decide, or just want to let the recipient make their own choice, we can send someone a gift voucher on your behalf. We can either email it to them (in which case they will receive it the same day), or we can put one in the post for you, again adding any message that you want.

Our gift vouchers are available in denominations of £10 and £20. (Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or returned). Postal versions will attract an additional cost of £1.50 for registered mail.
