We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however, should you wish to return anything bought from munchie & millie we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase, providing you return the goods to us unused, undamaged and in the original packaging (including any accessories, brochures, manuals, guarantees or warranties that came with the product) within 14 days from the day after the goods are received.
Customers may return unused products within the 14 day period to the address listed in our contact us section of this website.
Owing to issues concerning health and safety, we are unable to accept returned body care items (soaps, bath and shower products, creams etc.) unless faulty or damaged.
When reporting faulty, damaged or missing items from your order, we need to be informed no more than 48 hours after receipt of your order. Please do not send any goods back to us before notifying us first.
If the original packaging surrounding the product has been damaged or destroyed we will only issue a refund if the product being returned is defective. Items that are sealed or shrink-wrapped and this is removed can only be returned if they are defective. If you are returning your product because it is defective, please state the nature of the defect or defects.
If the original packaging of a defective product has been damaged or destroyed you should ensure that the returned product is adequately packed for shipment back to us.
When returning a product to us you should indicate clearly your name, address, telephone number, order number and the reason for return.
If you fail to return a product to us, we may make arrangements to have the product collected from you. The cost of this collection will be passed on to you.
We are unable to accept any responsibility for returns lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you do return an item to us, please obtain proof of posting from your post office. We would recommend that all returns be sent by registered post, so that a record of the return is available for you.
You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product.
Where a return is lost, stolen or damaged in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.
If you do wish to return your order please send an email to email@example.com quoting your order reference number in the subject box so we can send you a Returns Form or alternatively please call us on 0191 580 0404 to discuss.
Refunds will only be processed once the items in question have been returned to us and checked.
Refunds can only be issued back to the original method of payment. We will endeavour to issue all refunds within 5 working days of receipt of the item. We will email you to confirm as soon as your refund has been issued.

We will only refund the cost of standard or recorded postage incurred if an item was incorrectly sent by us or where the product has been returned due to a defect. Please note that we will not refund any courier, overnight or express element of any delivery or postage charge, including Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you return an order to us because you have changed your mind, unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost incurred for returning the order to us.
We will not accept any responsibility or issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us, or damaged due to inadequate packaging.
